Kevin Morrissey
-Co-owner and President
Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years,
working his way from a project carpenter to Senior Vice President
for a 40 million dollar per year Construction Company. Kevin has
over 20 years of Project Management experience here in Tucson and
has been responsible for marketing, estimating, scheduling,
contract negotiations, and management of design build, CM at Risk
and negotiated contracts. |
Brian Barker
-Co-owner and Vice President
Brian has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years,
with experience encompassing a variety of project types. He has
successfully delivered projects in the medical sector, industrial
and process, entertainment, office and retail. Brian specializes in
Integrated Project Delivery working closely with the owner and
design teams during site analysis, budgeting and schedules for
successful project completion. |
 Bob Malin
-Project Manager
Bob has over 42 years of experience in construction, estimating,
development and design. This broad range of experience includes
underground construction, road construction, sewer/water treatment
facilities, office/industrial business parks, large distribution
projects, major hospital and research facilities, design build
office, industrial and retail buildings and tenant improvement
projects for office, industrial and retail users. |
 David
Baughman
-Project Manager
David is the newest addition to our strong team of Project Managers
and will help us expand the exciting frontier of LEED certified
construction. With a background in framing and design, he
understands construction in the boardroom as well as in the field.
As Project Manager he is responsible for acquiring clients,
bidding/estimating projects, awarding and writing subcontracts,
approving payments, and monitoring the progress and the financial
condition of projects. |
 Ed Butchart
-General Superintendent
Ed has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry
working his way from project carpenter to general superintendent.
He has worked as a superintendent in Tucson since 1984. He has
extensive experience with all forms of commercial construction
having built schools, hotels, medical facilities, high rise office
buildings, retail centers, manufacturing buildings, distribution
buildings, office parks and apartments. |
 David Haines
-Develoment Coordinator
David has worked in the real estate and construction industry for
over 39 years. He has an extensive background in commercial and
industrial real estate. David was the manager of Arizona Industrial
Properties and is familiar with all aspects of subdividing, land
sales, leasing, and development. David works closely with Users,
Brokers, Developers, and Architects to utilize his real estate and
construction knowledge. He is based out of Phoenix, Arizona and is
available statewide for his services. |
Bill Ford
 -Project
Manager
Bill has worked construction in Tucson since 1974. He was a
commercial project superintendent for twenty two years, and has
been a project manager for the last eight. His most recent projects
include Retail, Hospitals, Dr.'s Offices, Banks, Churches, and
Hotel/Resorts. Whether the project is negotiated, design-build, or
hard bid it gets his personal attention from beginning to end. His
attention to detail facilitates the success of your project. |
