commercial project superintendent for twenty two years, and has
been a project manager for the last eight. His most recent projects
include Retail, Hospitals, Dr.'s offices, Banks, Churches, and
Hotel/Resorts. Whether the project is negotiated, design-build, or
hard bid it gets his personal attention from beginning to end. His
