development and design. This broad range of experience includes
underground construction, road construction, sewer/water treatment
facilities, office/industrial business parks, large distribution
projects, major hospital and research facilities, design build
office, industrial and retail buildings and tenant improvement
projects for office, industrial and retail users.

Director of Project Management. Responsible for business
development, coordination of strategic planning, programming,
design development, construction management and close outs for
Company's clients in Las Vegas, Tucson, and Southern New
Mexico.
- Whalen & Company, Las Vegas, NV
1990-2002
Regional Vice President, Project Director. Responsible for managing
the $75 million design build construction and seismic
rehabilitation of the Kaiser Hospital facility in San Francisco.
Responsible for providing the management of all aspects of the
design, development and construction of over 120 design build
projects and the construction of an additional 200 communications
facilities as CM at Risk for Nextel, AT&T Wireless, and
Sprint.

Partner. Responsible for providing direction and management for all
development activities including market research, site acquisition,
government permits, shell and interior design, construction
finance, construction management, marketing, tenant lease
negotiations and take out financing for major office, retail,
industrial and R&D/flex projects in Northern California.

- Pepsi Cola Bottling - Las Cruces - $1.4
million, 37,500 sq. ft. office/distribution facility. Managed
Design/Build project.
- Greystone Business Park - 210,000 sq.ft.
office park. Managed design and construction of all capital
improvements for this new acquisition by Farmers Group.
