Brian has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, with experience encompassing a variety of project types. He has successfully delivered projects in the medical sector, industrial and process, entertainment, office and retail. Brian specializes in Integrated Project Delivery working closely with the owner and design teams during site analysis, budgeting and schedules for successful project completion.

• (10) Walgreen's Stores - $1.3 to $2.8 million 15,000 sq.ft. retail stores throughout the city of Tucson.
• Loews Theatre, Foothills Mall - $2.4 million renovation of 15 movie theaters, (2) concessions and lobby area.
• University Healthcare - $2 million 3 story 60,000 sq. ft. renovationl.
• Foothills Mall - Various projects totaling Over $2.6 million
• University Medical Center Pharmacy - $1.2 million phased project with clean room.
• Rainbird Sprinkler Products - $2.5 million office/manufacturing project.
• Euro Fresh - $3 million 70,000 sq. ft. office and distribution facility.
• Sonoran Science Academy - $5 million charter school

Community Service

Brian is an active member of the Arizona Builder's Alliance and has worked on the associations following project: Arizona Children's Home Foundation, House of Neighborly Service, The Parent Connection, Tucson Center for Women and Children. Arts for All/Third St Kids, Travelers Aid Homeless Shelter and the Gospel Rescue Missions Bethany House projects all here in Tucson.
