Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, working his way from a project carpenter to Senior Vice President for a 40 million dollar per year Construction Company. Kevin has over 20 years of Project Management experience here in Tucson and has been responsible for marketing, estimating, scheduling, contract negotiations, and management of design build, CM at Risk and negotiated contracts.

• Chestnut Construction Corporation, Tucson, AZ 1990-2004
  Project Manager - Senior Vice President.
  Responsible for marketing, project management, bidding/estimating, design/build negotiations, standard contract negotiations, subcontract negotiations and administrations, scheduling and closeouts.
• The Wray Company, Tucson, AZ 1986-1990
  Project Manager. Responsible for marketing, project management, bidding/estimating, contract negotiations, subcontract negotiations, scheduling and project closeouts.

Projects

• TMC Medical Facilities - Project manager for two years working on various medical projects.
• Desert Diamond Casino - $40 million, 180,000 sq. ft. casino with administration offices, full service restaurant, buffet, three cafeterias, conference center, two wells and a stand alone water treatment facility.
• Universal Avionics- Buildings 2,3,4,5 and 6. Five buildings over 6 years totaling 200,000 sq. ft.

Community Service

Kevin is an active member of the Arizona Builder's Alliance and has worked on the associations House of Neighborly Service, Tucson Center for Women and Children Arts for All/Third St Kids, Travelers Aid Homeless Shelter and the Gospel Rescue Missions Bethany House projects all here in Tucson.
