The Blanco project was a remodel for a Sam Fox restaurant at La Encantada. The project included shell building modifications and constructing operable roll-up doors to allow for an indoor/outdoor dining experience. Interior modifications included constructing a new kitchen area, complete interior finish package, construction of a new bar, new restroom cores, innovative lighting package and high-end wood decor.
