Barker Morrissey Contracting was the general contractor for the construction of a 40,000 square foot concrete tilt warehouse distributor building with a 27' minimum clearance. Building included 2,500 square feet of office space and a 1,000 square foot maintenance shop. Site includes additional expansion pad with landscape, parking, and a fenced truck staging area.
