50,000 square foot office space located at 333 Wetmore in Tucson. The work included the demolition of the existing space on the 5th and 6th floors of a six story 150,000 square foot building. Each floor was then remodeled to include private window line offices overlooking the moutains to the north and the entire metropolitan area to the east, west and south. The offices have glass partitions letting light into the spacious open office area, conference rooms, break room and new entry corridor and reception area. New tiled floors and custom millwork with granite counter tops are used throughout. The entire project was completed on time and budget.
