Four new buildings amounting to over 13,000 sq. ft. set at the bottom of the Catalina mountains. This project includes multiple textures and finishes that carry the artistic appeal that the owner envisioned. Two Buildings are set up for tenants to occupy and two are left at the grey box level.

Unique Features:
Clay tile roofs and concrete pavers at the sidewalks. Mortar wash over slump block with the stucco skirt. Wrought iron artwork in the courtyard with bollard and accent lighting.
