General Contractor for the remodel of the front of an existing shopping center at Broadway and Camino Del Sera. Work consisted of the installation of a completely new structure in front of the old building fascia. Structure was built with CMU columns supporting steel frames with EIFS finish. Structure added up to 8' in height to the front of the existing buildings for signage.

Unique feature: Worked around existing operational retail center while completing the project.
