The interior demolition and exterior renovation of a former Dillard's Department store at the El Con Mall. The 100,000 square foot two story building received a complete exterior facelift including new entries with decorative stone and tile column wraps. Construction details included: new colored concrete sidewalks, custom metal landscape trellis, a remodeled dock and new roof. The project was completed on a fast track schedule to assure the opening of the new Burlington Coat Factory prior to the spring sale season.
