Barker Morrissey Contracting worked as the general contractor for the complete gut and remodel of an existing 20,000 sq ft. retail strip center. The work included removing all of the existing store improvements, including restrooms, demising walls, drop ceilings, roofing, mechanical and electrical systems. The roofing system, electrical services and mechanical systems were all replaced and given a new roof top package.

A/C units were installed. Various tenants were relocated and provided with new updated spaces with exposed duct work, exposed stained T & G wood plank and beam ceilings, complete new electrical systems and new ADA compliant restrooms and entrances. New tenants were added to the space including a coffee shop, Boxing, Inc., and Dirty Dawgs to give the center a totally new interior look and create a vibrant active shopping center.
