A 3,670 sq. ft. ground up metal building with masonry accent walls, this building is a smart and interesting design that has a "Green" building concept. The Kalwall and metal roofs pitch toward the center of the building to capture rain water in harvesting areas. The environmentally controlled interior has a green house and show room for its retail customers and offices for project administration. The project team consisted of several LEED-Accredited professionals who worked together to maintain the original LEED building design without adding to the owner's expense.
