Barker Morrissey Contracting worked as the general contractor for the construction of 17,500 sq ft. of mixed use buildings. The project consisted of constructing two cmu shell buildings with decorative metal canopies, EIFS facades and site and landscape improvements for future office and retail tenants. The project also included constructing deceleration and acceleration lanes along Irvington road along with public improvements for new sidewalk, landscaping and screen walls.
