General contractor for the demolition and remodel of an existing shopping center at Speedway & Pantano. Work included complete demolition and removal of two buildings attached to the existing Fry’s store. Construction of a new Dollar Tree attached to the Fry’s store and modifications to 17,000 square feet of existing retail space. Modifications included demolition of existing facades, construct new facades, new towers, new covered walkway, upgrade existing electrical service, remove existing storefronts, add a new storefront system, new stained concrete walkways. Remove parking lot lighting, islands and landscaping. Revise layout of parking and all new site lighting, landscaping, parking islands, signage and striping.
